The attached file is your insurance certificate. Your membership number is both your policy number and your insurance card number.

OVHC is valid when you hold the corresponding eligible visa.
For policy cancellations or refunds due to early departure or other reasons, please notify us in advance if you already have a planned date, instead of waiting until your departure, as cancellations cannot be backdated.

Note: According to the provider’s policy, the first month’s premium is non-refundable.

Register your insurance account: View here – The account includes features that allow you to:
- Update personal information (Your profile)
- Submit claims online (Claim online)
- Enter your address in Australia to receive your medical card
- Change your password
